For starters hon, never ever tell a girl your crush, secrets, or anything else that could seriously backfire on you. I know this is harsh and everyone has the urge to tell someone something they can't keep to themselves but this is from experience. Perhaps you should withdraw from talking about your crush to or around her. It will only get her thinking about him and she seems like the person that will do something about it. Since you've liked this guy for a while now, it's time to start moving! Casually talk to him about things you both could go on about. Be friends but still show him your a girl (that way he'll think of you as a possible love interest).
